Health Requirements
Participants should be in good general health. Certain medical conditions may require a doctor's approval before diving. If you have asthma, heart conditions, epilepsy, recent surgery, or other medical concerns, please contact us before booking.
Minimum Age
Participants must be at least 12 years old.
What to Bring
Please bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and any personal items you may need during your time on Nagannu Island.
Environmental Conservation Tax
An environmental conservation tax of ¥100 per person is payable in cash on the day of participation.
Payment Policy
Advance online payment is required to confirm your reservation.
Weather & Sea Conditions
Tour schedules may be changed or cancelled due to weather or sea conditions for safety reasons.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 3 days before departure.
・2 days before departure: 30% charge
・1 day before departure: 50% charge
・Same day cancellation or no-show: 100% charge
・If the tour is cancelled due to weather, sea conditions, or other safety-related reasons, a full refund will be issued.
